Office & reception fit-out
The brief. An open-plan office and reception refurbishment needed full lighting and small-power containment installed while other trades were still working on site.
The work. We ran and terminated containment, small power and lighting circuits throughout the open-plan floor and reception area, sequencing our work around the wider fit-out programme so other trades weren't held up.
The result. A fully tested and certified installation, handed over on schedule with all documentation provided.
School washroom refurbishment
The brief. A school washroom block needed a full electrical refurbishment, timed to fit around the term calendar and site safeguarding requirements.
The work. We rewired and refitted lighting and power for the washroom block, completing the bulk of the work in a holiday window to avoid disrupting the school day.
The result. A fully refurbished, certified washroom ready in time for the start of term.
Bathroom & en-suite renovation
The brief. A homeowner wanted their bathroom and en-suite rewired as part of a full renovation, including new vanity and feature lighting.
The work. We rewired both rooms and installed new lighting and power to suit the finished design, fitting our visits around the household's schedule.
The result. Two fully certified installations, handed over with the same documentation standard as our commercial work.
